As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking guidance on cooperative registrations, compliance, and operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth, transparent, and professional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and portal chat

  • Guide clients through cooperative society formation and legal processes

  • Maintain detailed records of communication in the CRM system

  • Provide regular updates on project progress, compliance deadlines, and support tickets

  • Collaborate with internal departments like Legal, R&D, and Compliance for resolutions

  • Support new client onboarding and documentation verification

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or administration

  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/regional languages a plus)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email writing, and digital coordination tools

  • Empathetic, patient, and client-focused attitude

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
