As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking guidance on cooperative registrations, compliance, and operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth, transparent, and professional experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and portal chat

Guide clients through cooperative society formation and legal processes

Maintain detailed records of communication in the CRM system

Provide regular updates on project progress, compliance deadlines, and support tickets

Collaborate with internal departments like Legal, R&D, and Compliance for resolutions

Support new client onboarding and documentation verification
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

0–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or administration

Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/regional languages a plus)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email writing, and digital coordination tools

Empathetic, patient, and client-focused attitude
