Objectives of the Society
Clearly defined aims and activities the society intends to carry out across states.

Minimum Two Nearby States of Operation
Example: Kerala and Tamil Nadu (operations must extend beyond one state).

Details of Board Members (Minimum 7 Members Required)
Designation-wise List:
– Chief Promoter (Compulsory)
– At least 2 Women Representatives (Reservation)
– At least 1 ST/SC Representative (Reservation)

Include:
– Aadhar Card
– Contact Number

Minimum Membership Requirement
55 individual members from each participating state.
Total Minimum: 110 members (for 2 states).

Member KYC Documents (for each member)
– Aadhar Card copy
– Phone number

Project Proposal / Business Plan
Brief note outlining:
– Nature of business/project
– Vision and mission
– Scope of activities
– Target beneficiaries and community impact
– Revenue model (if applicable)
